Moscow Exchange expects 5 IPOs in January–June 2022

MOSCOW, Nov 8 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Exchange expects five initial public offerings (IPOs) to take place there in January–June 2022, Vladimir Gusakov, managing director of the bourse for the issuer and government relations, said on November 5 at a ceremony of the start of trade in the CIAN securities.

“This year has seen the greatest number of IPOs for a long time. I suppose and hope that CIAN’s successful placement is not the last floatation on the Moscow Exchange this year … We have around five companies in the pipeline and in close cooperation, and they may launch IPOs in the next six months,” he said.

“I suppose that no lesser number of companies will decide to enter the public market of the Moscow Exchange in 2022,” he added.
